1 – 3 high school visits and public college fair at a hotel

Tour Includes

  • High School Visits in each city; a minimum of 1 high school visit per city with as many as 3 in some markets
  • Potential speaking opportunities
  • All on-ground transportation between cities
  • Hotel stays during the tour from Nov 11 – 15 (We encourage reps to arrive on Saturday, which will allow time to adjust to the altitude as well as participate in instructional activities to learn about the culture of Ecuador.)

Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

Communication – By providing us with your contact information during registration, you are agreeing to allow Education Abroad Latin America to communicate with you concerning our events and all other topics in relation to our partners and events. When there is any information that we feel is pertinent to you, or modifications of any kind, you give Education Abroad Latin America the right to communicate with you by any method provided on the registration form, including via email, text message, mail, or phone.

Media Release – By attending one of our events, you are authorizing Education Abroad Latin America to take photos and videos of the event, which may or may not include photos and/or videos of yourself, your school or organization. By attending our event, you are agreeing to allow Education Abroad Latin America to use our photos and videos, which may or may not contain you and your school or business, in any marketing or promotional pieces used or created for our events or for the promotion of our events or business. Trademarks – By registering for one of our events, you are agreeing to allow Education Abroad Latin America to use any trademarks associated with your school or business. Use of such trademarks will be used to promote our events now and in the future and will be used for marketing campaigns to promote our events and our business through email, online ads, print ads, telephone calls, mailings, and any other such communication we deem fit to increase traffic at our events.

Refund Policy/Booking Changes –
Cancellations prior to June 1, 2019 – 100% of the tour balance is refundable.
Cancellations between June 1 and June 30, 2019 – 75% of the tour balance is refundable.
Cancellations between July 1 and August 31, 2019 – 50% of the tour balance is refundable.
Cancellations after August 31, 2019 – 25% of the tour balance is refundable.

It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure a representative is at the event and that passports, visas and vaccinations are up-to-date for entry to the destination country.

Tour Modifications: If any events are cancelled due to natural disasters, weather, terrorism, or other circumstances beyond Education Abroad Latin America’s control, Education Abroad Latin America will, at its discretion, offer a temporary credit to be used on a future tour – no refund will be provided.  Education Abroad Latin America will not be held liable for events out of our control that may result in changes, such as school closures, no school staff attending, no students present, or any other situation that may arise before, during, or after our scheduled events. You also acknowledge that Education Abroad Latin America cannot be held liable for interruptions during our tour that could be caused by companies and vendors we work with. These companies may include, but are not limited to, hotels, tour bus companies, flight companies, travel agents, restaurants, or any other companies we may deal with in direct relation to our business.

Violations – All material passed out during our tour must comply with all local and federal statutes and regulations. Prohibited material includes, but is not limited to, material deemed to be copyrighted, threatening, or inappropriate. Legal Liability – You and your school or organization agree to free Education Abroad Latin America, its employees, agents, and partners from any legal liability and all claims resulting from participating in any and all of our events.

Disclaimer – Education Abroad Latin America makes no guarantees of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the products, services, or events Education Abroad Latin America provides. Education Abroad Latin America will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services or events, including loss of data, non-delivery or interruption in service.

General – These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations and understandings, unless a modification is submitted in writing. Once signed, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions. Education Abroad Latin America reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time in writing.  All Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable.

Governing Law – This agreement shall be governed by the state of Florida and laws of the United States, and any other country we visit, which shall claim venue and jurisdiction for any legal motion or claim arising from these Terms and Conditions.

Removal from Participation – By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to give Education Abroad Latin America the right to remove you and/or your school or organization from any and all events for not abiding by the Terms & Conditions or event rules, or for doing/ saying/ posting anything harmful or disparaging towards Education Abroad Latin America.

Right to Modify – By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to allow Education Abroad Latin America to modify the tour as necessary to best serve all exhibitors, organizations and potential students.  Any events or high school visits may be added, deleted or changed at any time from any and all events for which you may be registered. If an event is cancelled, no refund will be provided. However, Education Abroad Latin America reserves the right to offer our exhibitors a temporary credit in appropriate circumstances.

Marketing:

Social Media Posts – A profile, written in Spanish, of your college or university, describing your school, programs, sports, tuition fees, scholarships and more, will circulate throughout the entire country, with a concentration in Quito, Latacunga, Ambato and Riobamba.

Boosted Social Media Posts – Targeted social media posts, based on geographic and demographic strategies, will be used to promote our public events.

Back-link on our website – Many Latin American students visit the Education Abroad Latin America website, where your logo will be displayed.  This will direct potential students to your international website.

Notes

  • Registration fee covers one representative. There will be an additional fee of $3,000 for a second representative from any college/university (includes all cities).
  • All exhibitors will receive an itinerary 2 weeks prior to the event start date.
